Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Site layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Also featured in this latest image release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in red pen markings and contains a key identifying various areas of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
